Orders & Payments

All prices are shown in euros (€). Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.

I may cancel and refund an order if an artwork has already sold, there is an error in the listing, payment cannot be verified, or delivery is not possible.

Shipping

I ship internationally where available.

Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the artwork, destination and courier. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Tracking will be provided where available.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Please contact me before returning anything. Returned items must be in their original condition and securely packaged.

Unless the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Commissioned or personalised artworks cannot normally be returned simply because you change your mind.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and checked.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the artwork and packaging.

If a tracked parcel appears to be lost, contact me and I will follow it up with the courier.

All artworks, images and text on this website remain my intellectual property.

Buying an original artwork or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Images and content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

When you place an order, contact me or use this website, I may receive information such as your name, email address, shipping address, order details and basic website usage data.

This information is used only to:

• process and deliver orders;

• respond to enquiries;

• manage returns and customer support;

• operate and improve the website;

• meet legal or accounting requirements.

Your information may be shared with services needed to complete your order, such as Wix, payment providers, couriers or print fulfilment services.

I do not sell your personal information.
